Research in Motion (RIM) just cannot seem to get a break nowadays. Its Playbook tablet has sold poorly and their smartphone market share continues to decline under powerhouses, Google's Android and Apple's iOS phones. Now a judge in New Mexico has ordered RIM to change the name of its OS that is still in development.
